WWE Shuts Down Asia Pacific Division

As the WWE budget cut continues, the company has decided to completely shut down their Asia Pacific division.

NO WWE AUSTRALIA

Prior to the economy going sour, WWE had started a global expansion campaign that saw the opening of offices in various countries around the world.

One of the branches that they decided to open was in Sydney, Australia.

At the time, the move made a lot of sense because WWE was having major success when they toured the Land Down Under.

Unfortunately, though, with finances being an issue, WWE has decided to shut down the office in Sydney, Australia. Every person that worked in that office has been released from the company.

FINAL THOUGHT

Damn! I would have really liked to have seen a WWE HQ in Australia.

It would have opened up more scenarios and situations involving the WWE, most notably would be more Live Shows in Australia.

So, Here's to a WWE Australian Live show every 4 years
