Stephanie McMahon opened Raw, stating how happy she is that her Father, Vince McMahon, is returning to the WWE world next week.
Chris Jericho interrupted her, [basically] stating that she's a liar and a poor General Manager.
Stephanie snapped back - by firing Jericho on the spot.
GONE FOREVER?
The instant reaction of fans was that Chris Jericho has suffered and injury and is quitting to be with his family.
Let me make one thing very clear - this is Chris Jericho, not Shawn Michaels.
Jericho's firing is a complete work - meaning that its not real.
Jericho is still very well involved in the WWE.
WHAT NOW?
The main set-up right now, is for Jericho to return next week on Raw and either ask, demand or plead to the returning Vince McMahon for his job back.
